Welcome to Wrappus.com.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wrappus.com, your interactions with Wrappus, and purchases made from Wrappus.

By accessing or using our website or placing an order with Wrappus, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and our online services.

Certain features, including online ordering, are provided through third-party technology providers and may be subject to additional terms as described below.

1. About Wrappus

References in these Terms to “Wrappus,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to Wrappus and the applicable Wrappus restaurant location fulfilling your order.

Our website provides information about Wrappus, including our menu, locations, promotions, Rewards Program, and access to online ordering.

2. Online Ordering Through Brygid

Wrappus uses Brygid Technologies Corp. (“Brygid”) to provide our online ordering platform.

When you access or use the Brygid-powered ordering service, you are also subject to the applicable Brygid Technologies Terms of Service and Brygid Technologies Privacy Policy.

Brygid provides the technology used to facilitate online orders on behalf of Wrappus.

The purchase of food or other products from Wrappus, fulfillment of your order, and restaurant-specific matters are between you and Wrappus.

Where these Wrappus Terms address restaurant-specific matters such as menu items, pricing, preparation, fulfilment, cancellations, refunds, promotions, or Rewards, these Terms apply in addition to Brygid’s terms.

3. Eligibility for Online Ordering

You may browse Wrappus.com without creating an account.

The Brygid-powered online ordering service requires users to meet Brygid’s eligibility requirements, including its requirement that users be at least 18 years of age to use its Service.

By using the Brygid-powered ordering service, you represent that you satisfy those requirements.

4. Website Use

You agree to use Wrappus.com and our services only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or data.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
Introduce viruses, malware, harmful code, or other disruptive technologies.
Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the website without authorization.
Attempt to bypass security or access-control measures.
Impersonate another person or use another person’s account without authorization.
Use the website in a manner that infringes the rights of Wrappus or another person.

Wrappus may restrict or terminate access to our website or services where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.

5. Menu Information, Products and Availability

Wrappus makes reasonable efforts to ensure that menu descriptions, product information, pricing, promotions, and availability are accurate.

However:

Menu items may vary by location.
Ingredients may change.
Products may become unavailable.
Prices may differ between locations or ordering channels.
Photographs are for general representation and actual products may vary.
Errors in descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information may occasionally occur.

Wrappus may correct errors or update menu information when necessary.

We may also modify or discontinue menu items, ingredients, pricing, or availability.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Customers with food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or other ingredient concerns should contact the applicable Wrappus location before ordering.

While Wrappus may provide ingredient, dietary, or allergen-related information, food is prepared in environments where multiple ingredients and allergens may be present.

We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from a particular allergen or cross-contact unless expressly stated otherwise.

Menu information should not be relied upon as medical advice.

If you have a serious or life-threatening food allergy, please communicate this directly to the restaurant before placing or consuming an order.

7. Pricing and Charges

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Before completing an online purchase, you will be shown applicable charges associated with the order, which may include:

Menu item prices
Applicable taxes
Delivery charges
Service or other disclosed fees
Discounts or promotional adjustments
Tips, where selected

The final amount shown during checkout is subject to confirmation and successful payment authorization.

Wrappus may correct genuine pricing or system errors where permitted by applicable law.

8. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an online order does not require Wrappus to fulfill an order where there is a legitimate reason the order cannot be completed.

Wrappus may refuse or cancel an order in circumstances such as:

Product or ingredient unavailability
Restaurant closure or operational limitations
Incorrect pricing caused by an obvious error
Payment authorization failure
Invalid or incomplete customer information
Suspected fraud
Duplicate transactions
Safety concerns
Technical or system errors
Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully collected, any refund owing will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights available to consumers.

9. Payment Processing

Payments made through the online ordering service are facilitated through the Brygid platform and the applicable third-party payment processor used by Wrappus.

Brygid may obtain payment authorization on behalf of Wrappus through the applicable payment processor.

Wrappus does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information.

An order may be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an online order, you must contact the Wrappus location responsible for the order as soon as possible.

Brygid provides the ordering technology but does not handle restaurant refunds or order disputes on behalf of Wrappus.

Because food preparation may begin shortly after an order is accepted, Wrappus cannot guarantee that a requested change or cancellation can be accommodated once preparation has begun.

Any restaurant cancellation or refund policy presented during the ordering process also applies.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that a customer may have under applicable law.

11. Refunds

Refund requests relating to Wrappus orders should be directed to the Wrappus location responsible for the order or to Wrappus customer support.

Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be appropriate where:

Wrappus cancels an order after payment.
An order cannot be fulfilled.
An incorrect charge has occurred.
Wrappus determines that a refund is otherwise appropriate.
A refund is required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may depend on the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

Brygid does not process refunds for Wrappus orders.

Any refund, cancellation, exchange, or return policy disclosed during checkout forms part of the terms applicable to the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

12. Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

Name
Contact information
Selected Wrappus location
Pickup details
Delivery address, where applicable
Other information reasonably necessary to fulfill the order

Wrappus is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by order volume, traffic, weather, staffing, third-party delivery providers, or other circumstances.

Where a third-party delivery provider is used, additional terms of that provider may apply.

13. Wrappus Rewards Program

Participation in the Wrappus Rewards Program is subject to the separate Wrappus Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.

Reward Points, earning rates, redemption values, promotions, account requirements, and other Rewards rules are governed by those terms.

14. Promotions, Coupons and Discounts

Wrappus may offer coupons, discount codes, promotional offers, or other benefits.

Unless the particular offer states otherwise:

Offers have no cash value.
Offers cannot be sold or transferred.
Offers may be limited to participating locations or ordering channels.
Offers may be limited to specified products.
Offers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements.
Offers may not be combined with other promotions.
Offers may have stated expiry dates.
Offers may be limited to one use per customer or account.

Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will apply in addition to these Terms.

Wrappus may refuse or cancel use of a promotion where it is obtained or used through fraud, abuse, manipulation, or technical error.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Wrappus owns or has permission to use the content appearing on Wrappus.com, including:

Wrappus trademarks and logos
Text and written content
Graphics and illustrations
Photographs
Menu designs
Website design elements
Promotional materials
Other Wrappus-created content

You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit Wrappus content without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

Technology, software, and content belonging to Brygid or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Wrappus may use or link to third-party services for purposes including:

Online ordering
Payment processing
Delivery
Website hosting
Analytics
Mapping
Marketing
Rewards functionality
Technical services

These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Wrappus is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites, applications, or services except to the extent required by applicable law.

The inclusion of a third-party link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of all content or practices of that third party.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected or received by Wrappus is handled in accordance with the Wrappus Privacy Policy.

Information processed through the Brygid online ordering platform is also subject to the applicable Brygid Technologies Privacy Policy.

Information processed through other third-party services may also be subject to their respective privacy policies.

18. Website Availability

Wrappus makes reasonable efforts to keep its website and online services available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that Wrappus.com or any connected service will always be:

Available without interruption
Error-free
Free from technical problems
Compatible with every device or browser

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

19. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrappus.com and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Wrappus does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted website operation or the absolute accuracy of general website information at all times.

This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty, condition, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrappus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use Wrappus.com.

For claims directly relating to a particular purchase, Wrappus’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by law.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Wrappus harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from:

Your unlawful misuse of the website.
Your intentional violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of another person’s legal rights through your use of the website.

This section does not apply to the extent that a claim results from the acts, omissions, negligence, or legal responsibility of Wrappus.

22. Consumer Rights

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, exclude, restrict, or modify a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, excluded, restricted, or modified.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable law, the applicable law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any rights a consumer has under mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25. Changes to These Terms

Wrappus may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our:

Website
Services
Ordering processes
Business practices
Technology providers
Legal obligations

When these Terms are updated, the Last Updated date will be revised.

Where applicable law requires advance notice or consent for a particular change, Wrappus will provide that notice or obtain that consent.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

Wrappus Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Wrappus Rewards Program (“Program”).

By creating a Rewards account, earning or redeeming Reward Points, or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Program is offered by Wrappus (“Wrappus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Certain account and Rewards functionality may be provided through our online ordering technology provider, Brygid Technologies Corp. (“Brygid”).

1. Eligibility

The Wrappus Rewards Program is free to join.
Customers must create and maintain a valid Wrappus Rewards account to earn and redeem Reward Points where an account is required.
Only one Rewards account is permitted per customer.
Account information must be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
If you access the Program through the Brygid-powered online ordering service, your use of that service is also subject to Brygid’s applicable Terms of Service, including its eligibility requirements.
Wrappus may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or are associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or other misuse.

2. Earning Reward Points

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion:

Members earn 1 Reward Point for every $1.00 CAD spent on eligible purchases through Wrappus.
Reward Points are calculated on the eligible purchase subtotal before taxes, tips, delivery fees, and other applicable charges.
Amounts covered by discounts or promotional credits may not qualify for Reward Points.
Gift card purchases, refunded transactions, cancelled orders, and other excluded purchases do not earn Reward Points.
Wrappus may designate certain products, services, transactions, locations, or ordering methods as ineligible for Reward Points.
Wrappus may offer bonus points, promotional earning rates, or other special Rewards offers from time to time.

Reward Points may take time to appear in your account following an eligible transaction.

If you believe Reward Points are missing, please contact Wrappus using the contact information below.

3. Redeeming Reward Points

Unless otherwise stated:

100 Reward Points = $10.00 CAD in reward value.

Reward Points:

May only be redeemed toward eligible Wrappus purchases.
May be subject to minimum redemption amounts or technical redemption requirements.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be sold.
Cannot be transferred between customer accounts.
Cannot be combined between separate Rewards accounts.
May only be redeemed by the account that earned them.
Have no cash value except for the redemption benefit expressly provided by the Program.

Availability of Rewards redemption may depend on the ordering channel, location, or technical functionality available at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Returned Transactions

If an eligible purchase is cancelled, refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalidated, Reward Points earned from that transaction may be removed from the member’s Rewards balance.

If Reward Points were redeemed toward an order that is later cancelled or refunded, Wrappus may restore, reverse, or otherwise adjust the corresponding Reward Points as appropriate.

The treatment of Reward Points following a partial refund may be adjusted proportionately based on the portion of the transaction that was refunded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

5. Reward Point Expiration

Reward Points do not expire solely because of the passage of time unless Wrappus establishes an expiration policy that is permitted by applicable law.

Wrappus may introduce, modify, or remove an expiration policy in the future.

Where notice is required by applicable law, Wrappus will provide the required notice before an expiration policy or material change takes effect.

Any such change will apply in accordance with applicable law.

6. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information.
Keeping account login credentials confidential.
Taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to their account.
Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or activity.

Where the Rewards account is maintained through the Brygid-powered ordering platform, account security and account access may also be governed by Brygid’s Terms of Service.

Wrappus is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Promotions and Bonus Offers

From time to time, Wrappus may offer:

Bonus Reward Points
Double or promotional point events
Member-exclusive offers
Special redemption offers
Location-specific promotions
Limited-time Rewards benefits

Promotions may have additional terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, start and end dates, or redemption restrictions.

If promotional terms conflict with these general Rewards Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.

8. Program Changes

Wrappus may modify the Program from time to time, including changes to:

Point earning rates
Redemption values
Eligible purchases
Eligible locations or ordering channels
Rewards benefits
Bonus offers
Redemption requirements
Program rules
Expiration policies

Where required by applicable law, Wrappus will provide appropriate notice before material changes become effective.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

9. Fraud, Abuse or Misuse

Wrappus may investigate Rewards activity and may suspend or terminate an account or adjust Reward Points where Wrappus reasonably believes there has been:

Fraudulent activity
Creation or use of duplicate accounts
Manipulation of transactions
Unauthorized use of another member’s account
Abuse of promotional offers
Artificial accumulation of Reward Points
System manipulation
Violation of these Terms & Conditions

Reward Points obtained through fraud, error, misuse, or prohibited activity may be cancelled.

Where appropriate, Wrappus may also restrict future participation in the Program.

10. System and Account Errors

Wrappus may correct Rewards balances where Reward Points were incorrectly:

Awarded
Deducted
Redeemed
Duplicated
Calculated

This includes errors resulting from technical issues, transaction reversals, pricing errors, system errors, or other administrative mistakes.

If you believe an adjustment has been made incorrectly, you may contact Wrappus for review.

11. No Cash or Property Value

Reward Points are promotional benefits offered as part of the Wrappus Rewards Program.

Except for their stated redemption benefit within the Program:

Reward Points are not cash.
Reward Points are not legal tender.
Reward Points are not gift cards.
Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Reward Points do not constitute property or a deposit account.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Third-Party Technology

Wrappus may use third-party technology providers, including Brygid, to operate portions of the Rewards Program, customer accounts, online ordering, or related functionality.

Use of third-party platforms may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.

Wrappus remains responsible for the Wrappus Rewards Program itself, including the earning and redemption rules established by Wrappus.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrappus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from participation in the Program.

Wrappus does not guarantee that the Rewards Program, website, ordering platform, account system, or Rewards functionality will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

If a technical or administrative error affects Reward Points, Wrappus may correct the member’s account balance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

14. Suspension or Discontinuation of the Program

Wrappus may suspend, replace, or discontinue the Rewards Program, in whole or in part.

Where required by applicable law, Wrappus will provide reasonable or legally required notice before a material suspension or discontinuation takes effect.

The treatment of existing Reward Points following a discontinuation will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any notice provided by Wrappus.

15. Privacy

Personal information associated with the Wrappus Rewards Program is handled in accordance with the Wrappus Privacy Policy.

Where Rewards functionality is provided through Brygid, information processed through the Brygid platform may also be subject to the Brygid Technologies Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
